    don't be too hard on yourself with exercise, just make sure you are filling your body with nourishing foods - you know chocolate bars aren't food! - Make some treats that are good for you - see here:

    (as i am sure you know) when you are eating right, then you will feel like you have the energy to get active.

    My other favourite is orange jelly made with high quality bovine gelatin and squeezed oranges served with lots of cream - trust me when you eat it you won't even think about chocolate bars again!
